There should be a fair distribution of wealth. There should be no concentration of wealth in the hands of a few people. Means of production and other resources of the country should be utilized for the common good.
Childhood and youth should be protected against exploitation. Men, and *** should not be forced by economic necessity to enter jobs and vocations, not suited to their age and strength.
