When y = 0, we have (x - 1) (x2 + x + 1) (x - 2) = 0

i.e., x = 1 or 2.

The required equations of the tangents are y - 0 = -3(x - 1) or , y = -3x + 3 and y - 0 = 7(x - 2) or, y = 7x - 14.
