(i) Electronic governance or e-governance is the application of information and communication technology (ICT) for delivering government services, exchange of information, communication transactions, integration of various stand-alone systems and services between government-to-customer (G2C), government-to-business (G2B), government- to-government (G2G) as well as back office processes and interactions within the entire government framework.
(ii) Two advantages of E-governance to disabled person are:
- It is difficult for a disabled person for going from one office to another. E-governance brings all the office at one place being in comfort of one'* house.
- It is seen in many government offices that the disabled Persons are harassed by the officers and by other people. E-governance is bit helpful for them to get rid of this.
