Two advantages of E-governance to disabled Person are:
(i) It is difficult for a disabled person for going from one office to another. E-governance brings all the office at one place being in comfort of one'* house.
(ii) It is seen in many government offices that the disabled persons are harassed by the officers and by other people. E-governance is bit helpful for them to get rid of this.
