Although accelerated growth is a necessary condition to ensure removal of **, it is not sufficient condition for removal of **. It is very important that accelerated growth should be accompanied by levelling up of income i.e., fruits of growth must flow towards the poorer sections of the society i.e., additional income generated should not be cornered by already rich persons.
