The correct option is (d) A and R are false.

Explanation:

In proximal convoluted tubule (PCT) about 65% of the glomerular filtrate is reabsorbed normally. Here most of the solutes are reabsorbed making the filtrate isotonic to blood plasma. HCO3- is not absorbed in PCT.
