Electrical field due to uniformly charge distributed rod. Let us consider a uniformly charge distributed rods, its linear charge

density is λ = q/L ...(1)

Therefore q = λL .....(2)

We want to calculate electric field at point P which is distance away from the rod. The direction of electric.
