Through this letter, I wish to draw your kind attention towards the park in front of my house which has been illegally occupied by some people. The **** feel afraid and do not go to the park to play. The number of thefts has also increased in our colony. These slum dwellers lack civic sense and thus, are making our colony an unhygienic place to live in. Sometimes they resort to violent behaviour also. There is an atmosphere of ** in our colony.
