It was a dark night. As usual, I was studying in my room. It was severe cold out side so I was comfortable in my quilt and busy in studies. Suddenly, the door opened slowly. First, I did not pay any attention towards it but, then, there was a loud knock at the door. The light outside was dim so nothing was visible clearly. There was a repeated knocking at the gate. I was trying to find out what this strange sound was because it became louder and louder. Then, the curtain began to move side to side but I was quite helpless to see anything or any person. My heart began to fast. I wanted to go there to find out the reality but my did not allow me even to move. I wanted to cry but could not do so as my throat was blocked. My mother was trying to wake me up. In fact, I saw a horror movie yesterday. I realised that it was a dream. Even on getting up I was sweating bitterly and my family members laughing. After some time, I also began to laugh.
