Emotional focused coping strategies are used to handle feeling of distress, rather than actual problem situation. The main focus is on emotions like accept new task rather saying ‘no’ to new task; imagine or dream about better situation; plan yourself for the situation avoid everything that is related to stress; get social support to reduces stress.
