Explanation:

conductance = [1 / (Resistance)] = 1/R

R = (V/I) & V = (W/Q) = (W / It)…..[as V = (work / charge)

= {(work) / (current × time)}]

∴ V = ([M1L2T–2] / [A1T]) = [M–1L2T–3A–1]

Hence R = ([M1L2T–3A–1] / [A]) = [M1L2T–3A–2]

∴ conductance = (1 / [M1L2T–3A–2]) = [M–1L–2T3A2]
