The Press in India has always been responsive in performing duties so that those who are involved in the matters of policy making can give justice to their duties. The Press here play the role of spreading consumer education and informed them about the right of consumer, as well as making conscious to consumer, how the consumer have right to seek redressal through Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
