Difference between an Agent and a **** .*

  • An Agent brings the principal into legal relations with third person or represents the principal in dealing with third person . But a *** does not create such relations .
  • An Agent gets his remuneration in the form of commission or fees , while the *** gets his remunarations in the form of salary .
  • An Agent may work for several principals at a time , but a *** ordinarily serves only one master .
