What is the lowest temperature (approximately) at which water can be liquid?

At the border between ice I, ice III and the liquid region is a triple point which is the lowest T where you can have liquid. From the figure it is estimated to be about 255 K i.e. at -18°C.

T ≈ 255 K ≈ - 18°C
