Who is the reader of the note and why did he tremble a little by the time he had finished the letter ?
Bob himself is the reader of the note. When he starts reading it, he knows nothing. But by the time he finishes it, he comes to know that he is under arrest and Jimmy has sent that man. So he trembles a little.
