Context : In these lines the poet describes his love for nature. Lucy is the lovely creation of poet’* imagination. Nature also is affected by her charm and merits. So she herself takes the responsibility of bringing her up according to her own plan.

Explanation: In this stanza nature says that Lucy will be as active and fre She will freely roam in the plains, near the springs of mountains, across the lawn and everywhere else. In moving freely she will be *** with joy. She will exhale sweet fragrance everywhere. She will learn from inanimate objects of nature to be calm and serious.
