You can extract wave energy (wind generated kinetic energy) or run turbines from the tide flow of water (moon generated kinetic energy). However, since the ocean temperature is not uniform there are a few locations where cold and warmer water flows close to each other like at different depths. In that case a heat engine can operate due to the temperature difference.
