What is meant by sacrificing ratio?
Sacrificing ratio is the ratio in which old partners have agreed to sacrifice their share of profit in favour of the new partner. This ratio is calculated by deducting the new ratio from the old ratio.
Sacrificing Ratio = Old Ratio - New Ratio.
