It is correct to say that the globalisation and pressure of cut-throat competition has led to uncertain employment. This is on account of the changed global scenario where the employers today prefer to employ workers flexibly and not on a permanent basis. As a result, workers are being denied their fair share of benefits brought about by globalisation. MNCs are interested in making large profits at the cost of small producers and workers, whose jobs are no longer secure.
