The negative aspect, of equality, means the absence of special privileges. All barriers of birth, wealth, caste and *** should be removed in social and political life. Rights should be enjoyed – in common by all.
In its positive aspect equality means the provision of adequate opportunities for self-development to all adequate opportunities that can be given to everyone to develop the personality.
