Give reason. Aluminium is a highly reactive metal, yet it is used to make utensils for cooking. Why?

Aluminium is highly reactive metal. It does not rust. Because it combines with oxygen and forms Aluminium oxide. The protective oxide layer prevents the metal from further oxidation and Aluminium is light, good conductor of heat. Hence this is used to make utensils for cooking.
