Strength of ** Summary in English:**

This drama gives the message that the hidden strength of students can be utilised positively for the benefit of the society. The drama is inspirational to students to do good deeds.

Characters: School ****, Teachers, Government Officers and citizen.

ACT – 1 Ramu and Shyamu are playing pebbles. While playing dispute arises and they start quarrelling. In the meanwhile, the school bell rings and Shyamu goes to school. Ramu is reluctant to go to school as he had not done his Mathematics homework and is afraid to go to school. He continues to play pebbles.

ACT – 2 School **** assemble and discuss the bad behaviour of Ramu. They are unhappy with his irregular attendance to school, quarrelling habit and also a habit of telling . They decide to form a group to reform Ramu. School bell rings and all the **** return to their classes.

ACT – 3 The **** from a group called ‘BalShakti’. Its aims are —
1. To reform Ramu, to bring back to school the school dropouts.
2. To keep the school premises clean. 3. To clean the village and repair the roads of the village.
4. To grow trees in the village and grow fruit-bearing trees in the village. Mohan is elected as leader of the group and Ramu also joins the group and promises to attend school regularly.

ACT – 4 After one year, the dropouts have continued their schooling. School premises is clean. The village is full of grown trees with good roads. The village atmosphere is very clean. The village is considered as a model village. The Collector of the district arranged a public function and praises the good work done by Bal-Shakti.

He announces an award of Rs. 5000 and handsover the award to Mohan, the leader
