Bile salt breaks the present in the form of large globules into smaller ones, increasing the efficiency of enzyme action. Enzymes like trypsin digest proteins and lipase break down fats. Intestinal juice converts proteins to amino acids, complex carbohydrate to glucose and into fatty acids and glycerol.
