Correct answer is (D) ABO3

Number of atoms of A/unit cell = 1

Number of atoms of B/unit cell = 8 x 1/8 = 1

Number of atom of 0/unit cell = 12 x 1/4 =3

So, the formula of the oxide is ABO3.
